Spaghetti Carbonara

DIRECTIONS:

Step 1 – Boil the pasta
Start with boiling water for pasta
Boil 1/2 pound of spaghetti noodles for about 8-10 minutes
Step 2 – Prepare 3 eggs
Crack 3 eggs in a bowl and scramble
Step 3 – Saute the ingredients
Turn burner or flame to medium
Pour Extra Virgin Olive Oil into a sauce pan
Tablespoon of white onions chopped very thin
Two tablespoons of Pancetta (Italian Bacon)
Saute in the sauce pan until onions are a golden color
Once all turns golden color, add a splash White wine to add flavor
Put the flame on low
Step 4 – Mix everything together
Once pasta noodles are ready, add all pasta to the sauce pan
Stir pasta together and mix very well
Pour the scrambled eggs into the saucepan with the pasta and ingredients
Mix together very well
Add more parmesan cheese and parsley
Ready to serve
