Broker Associate, Patrick O’Connor has been actively licensed in Florida real estate since 1978. He has lived in Florida since the mid-70s when he relocated to earn his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of South Florida. Pat’s background as a property appraiser along with his education and almost 40 years of experience enable him to provide buyers and sellers with a comprehensive and realistic assessment this changing, complicated market. He is one of the Top 50 agents at Premier Sotheby’s International Realty, has sold an average of one home per week in 2018 and was named the Number One Agent in the Premier Sotheby’s Central Naples office for both 2016 and 2017. He also has over 500 closed sales in the Naples MLS system and on Zillow.
Along with his wife Brenda, who is Executive Director of Marketing Membership for the Naples Yacht Club, Patrick participates in several local community events and philanthropic projects. The energetic real estate broker is a member of the Community Emergency Response Team and a volunteer first responder. He is frequently a Collier County Honor Flight guardian and is past-president of the Collier County 100 Club, an organization that provides financial aid to the families of fallen police and emergency responders. Since 1994, he has spearheaded “Santa’s Workshop” collecting and giving gifts for hundreds of seniors in nursing homes. And he was the 2016 Collier County Citizen of the Year!
He is a member of the Naples Area Board of Realtors, (where he has over 500 sales reported in their MLS system), the Florida Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
