Originally from Wisconsin, Kris and Jeff both graduated from the University of Wisconsin with degrees in education. Seeking to leave behind the Midwest’s frigid winter temperatures and snowfalls, Kristine and Jeffery moved to Marco Island in 1977 and began living their dream life in Florida. Kris served as the director of sales at Cape Marco from 1991-2001, and Jeff served as an onsite sales associate. Their extensive knowledge and unique understanding of the community as real estate professionals – as well as Cape Marco residents – has proven to be highly effective in marketing the island’s exclusive beachfront community. In 2001, this hard-working couple established their own brokerage, focusing on Cape Marco resales while providing a very personalized and service-oriented approach to their buyers and sellers. Kris and Jeff’s agency was highly successful and produced a major market share of all sales within Cape Marco.
